The footwear's upper is leather, suede, corduroy, shearling, or birko-flor (a manufactured material). Use a protector product on leather or suede before wearing. Allow wet footwear to dry away from heat. Direct sunlight may discolour this footwear, so try our Birkenstock EVA water sandals if you're heading to the beach.

The cork on the new Birkenstock footwear has a light coat of sealant on it. We sell a cement glue that you can apply once the shine is no longer visible. It is possible that over time, with lots of foot flexing, the cork may crack. A shoe repair shop can fill a crack.
Wear on the treads will happen after lots of walking. Birkenstock footwear can be re-soled if you take them to a reputable shoe repair shop. Also, avoid extreme heat from a fireplace or fire pit since it can shrink the sole of this footwear.
There are no limitations when it comes to styling your Birkenstocks. You can wear them with anything, and you'll look fabulous.
